The highly integrated rotary bearing reducer enables a difference of several dozen times between the driving component and the load it supports. However, the performance characteristics of hydraulic motors, particularly the tangential dimensions of their gear shafts, do not vary significantly. This facilitates the flattening of connection components within the transmission system, thereby promoting the miniaturization of the entire mechanical manufacturing process.

The safety performance of the rotary bearing reducer is enhanced by the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, which possesses reverse self-locking characteristics. It can achieve reverse self-locking, meaning that only the worm in a radial piston hydraulic motor can drive the gear rack, and not vice versa. Due to this characteristic, the rotary bearing reducer can be applied in equipment such as lifting devices and high-altitude work platforms. While enhancing the technological sophistication of the server (or equipment), hydraulic motors also improve its operational stability and safety.

Compared to traditional rotary products, the rotary bearing reducer offers advantages such as easy installation, convenient maintenance, and space-saving design. Furthermore, when compared to traditional transmission mechanisms, the rack-and-pinion transmission in the rotary bearing reducer can achieve relatively large reduction ratios.

In some cases, hydraulic motors can eliminate the need for speed reduction components in the server, thereby reducing production costs for customers and significantly lowering the failure rate of the equipment. As an important performance parameter for hydraulic motor manufacturers, the low and stable transmission ratio of hydraulic motors has a direct impact on the operational performance and lifespan of the machinery.

Factors contributing to the relatively poor stability of hydraulic motors include their role as driving elements in hydraulic propulsion systems. Their operating speed ratio, denoted as nmmin, is primarily influenced by control factors. This system selects the low-speed leakage flow characteristics (Qmc) and the frictional torque loss characteristics of the hydraulic motor. The flow adjustment devices include pump control, valve control, and flow valve regulation by the manufacturer of the roadheader hydraulic motor.
